About the role
You will be the primary point of coordination for onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing client communication — ensuring enterprise and government clients are set up for success with the JobKred platform. You will support client relationship management and customer success efforts as a proactive and people-oriented Account Management Executive.
Key responsibilities
Support day-to-day communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
Coordinate client onboarding, project timelines, and implementation activities
Prepare client-facing reports, presentation materials, and status updates
Build and maintain positive relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers
Gather client feedback and surface insights to improve service delivery and account health
Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure smooth, on-time project delivery
Track account activities, milestones, and client health in CRM
Support ad-hoc business development, partnership, or operational initiatives as needed
What We Are Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, HR, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome — no prior account management experience required
Excellent spoken and written English — essential for client communication at all levels
Warm, professional interpersonal style with a genuine interest in clients' success
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines simultaneously
Detail-oriented — you take ownership of follow-ups and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving client needs
Prior internship in customer service, account management, consulting, or coordination is a plus
Familiarity with project coordination tools is advantageous
