Ad‑hoc Fundraising Event Manager (2-month Contract) - #1163419

NuLife Care & Counselling Services is looking for a resourceful and experienced professional to join us on a short‑term basis as Fundraising Event Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong event management and fundraising experience, who can step in quickly to coordinate logistics, engage donors and sponsors, and ensure the successful delivery of a vibrant fundraising event on 19 September 2026.
Primary Responsibilities
Plan and execute event logistics and programme for a fundraising event.
Coordinate with vendors (e.g. band, DJ, photography, marketing).
Support volunteer coordination during event execution.
Manage donor and sponsor outreach to secure ticket sales and corporate support.
Liaise with NuLife guests who attended past years' fundraising events.
Drive marketing efforts through NuLife’s official channels and other communication modes.
Ensure compliance with IRAS/Tote Board guidelines for fundraising events.
Assist with donor communications and acknowledgements.
Track event KPIs and prepare post‑event reporting.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or related field.
3–7 years’ experience in fundraising, events, or partnerships.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Creative, resourceful, and results‑driven.
Comfortable using digital tools, including AI tools for content/automation.
Passion for social impact and community engagement.
