We’re looking to add an Engineer, Test in Singapore. The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling.

As an Engineer, Test, you will:

• Conduct DFT, feedback to customer if accessibility coverage is low (<80%)

• Quotations for ICT/FPT, FCT, program sockets

• Review FCT test specification together with supplier and customer (Leica)

• Setup Offline programming station, ICT and FCT

• Liaise with supplier and customer on test coverage enhancement

• Generate test WI, TMPCN

• Provide training to test operators and debug technician

• Conduct GR&R, IQ, OQ & PQ for test fixtures

• Compile test yield report

• Guide debug technicians on the troubleshoot of failed boards

• Attend to tester breakdown

• Test time reduction

• Work together with QME team on root cause analysis for high fallout failures

• Ensure preventive maintenance is executed

• Provide equipments list that required calibration to the QA department

• Ensure debug WIP is monitored and kept at a manageable level

• Failure analysis of failed boards

• Test gap analysis for NDF boards – liaise with customer

• Monitor aging boards ensuring TAT is not exceeded

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (others) or equivalent

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• At least 2 years working experience in a Test PCBA environment

• Knowledge of Agilent 3070 tester is an added advantage

• Knowledge of Labview software is essential
