In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support business hiring needs in Singapore. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful recruiter with strong organizational skills, integrity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting within high-tech manufacturing industries such as colloidal technologies, data centers and microelectronics, semiconductors, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies.
Build strong talent pipelines for technical and specialized positions within high-tech manufacturing and technology-driven environments.
Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within high-tech manufacturing, colloidal technologies, microelectronics, semiconductor, precision engineering, data centers, or related industries.
Proven experience hiring for technical and specialized roles in technology-driven or industrial environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Strong team player with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to commit for 12 months.
