As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our clients' mission-critical equipment. What you'll be doing

• Perform on-site Maintenance of semiconductor inspection equipment, troubleshooting, and on-site customer service support.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance report.

• Collaborate with the wider technical team to share knowledge and best practices.

• Comply with all safety protocols and industry regulations.

What we're looking for

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident Only.

• Formal technical qualification in a relevant field (e.g. electronics, engineering).

• Minimum 1-3 years' of relevant experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

• Willingness to travel when required.
