Quality Engineer (Manufcaturing) - #1163342

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality Inspectors, Technicians, and Engineering Assistants in daily quality operations.

• Oversee IQC, IPQA, OQC, Assembly, Repair, Final QC, and Pack-Out activities to ensure product quality and timely shipment release.

• Monitor quality performance, analyze defects, and drive corrective and preventive actions to achieve quality KPIs.

• Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

• Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and audit findings, ensuring timely resolution.

• Support ISO, RBA, customer audit, certification, ESD, safety, and 5S compliance requirements.

• Prepare and review quality reports, trend analysis, and quality documentation.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other stakeholders to improve processes and product quality.

• Provide training, coaching, and development to quality team members.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or production environments, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, ISO standards, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality analysis tools (e.g., SPC, Minitab).

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of English.

• Rotating 12-hours shift arrangement.
