Job Summary:

• The senior Engineer is responsible for leading the structural engineering function with a primary focus on steel structure design and engineering management. The role involves overseeing structural analysis and design in accordance with Eurocode standards, managing engineering teams, coordinating with fabrication and construction teams, and ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet project specifications, quality requirements, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and review structural analysis and design of steel structures in accordance with Eurocode and relevant international standards.

• Utilize engineering software such as STAAD for structural analysis and CAD tools for preparation and review of engineering drawings.

• Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of structural calculations, design reports, and fabrication drawings.

• Coordinate closely with steel fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and compliance with fabrication requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and draftsmen.

• Manage engineering schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet project timelines.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with project requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and company procedures.

• Support tendering and proposal preparation by providing technical inputs and preliminary engineering assessments.
