ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provide all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

This position involves maintaining and operating equipment, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring facility safety & security in a 24x7 operational environment. Responsibilities include participating in emergency response activities, documenting procedures, and performing various maintenance tasks. The individual will need to work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain critical data centre infrastructure, including UPS systems, backup generators, chillers, CRAH units, and fire suppression systems to ensure high availability and reliability.

  • Perform routine site inspections, execute preventive maintenance (PM), and carry out emergency troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate closely with facilities service providers to support smooth and efficient data centre operations.

  • Supervise contractors during maintenance and installation activities, ensuring strict adherence to approved Method of Procedure (MOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Resolve equipment and system issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions and maintain service continuity.

  • Actively participate in incident management, including initial troubleshooting, root cause isolation, and recovery actions, with timely escalation to supervisors when required.

  • Ensure all incidents are handled within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), with appropriate escalation to 2nd/3rd level support based on severity and impact.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including operational records and incident reports.

  • Participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT), first aid, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Support ad-hoc tasks and additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

  • Ensure proper handover and takeover of duties during shift transitions to maintain operational consistency.


Qualities We Value

  • Computer literate with the ability to compile and submit daily reports.

  • Understanding mechanical and electrical field / basic IT and system-related knowledge will be a plus

  • Able to read architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical as built will be a plus

  • Able to commit to 12 hours rotating shift work that includes day, night and weekends
