Our Client:

• Food Service Industry (MNC)

• Mon-Fri, Office Hours

• Woodlands

• UP $3000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, tender submission, customer audit, generate sales report and monthly summaries

• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Finance team and internal departments regarding sales orders and documentation

• Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt follow-up support

• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, pricing information and filing systems

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business or equivalent

• Min. 1 year of Sales Admin / Customer Service Experience in F&B / FMCG Industry

• Possess knowledge in ERP System / Sales Order Systems / Power BI / Microsoft Copilot will be an added advantage
