Front Office and Guest Service Associate (Cinema/ East) - #1163265

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2450 to $2800, based on experience

• AWS + $350 Flexi Benefits + AL 14 days + Staff Pass for Movie

• 5 days 44 hours (Cinema operation hours)

• Islandwide Operations (Focus on East Region)

Job Scopes:

• Operate and manage key workstations effectively, including the Digital Box Office, Concession points, Cinema Floor, and Projection Room.

• Deliver exceptional frontline service, manage daily service recovery, oversee group bookings, and administer voucher sales.

• Execute strict cash flow management during daily opening and closing procedures. Ensure the constant security and functionality of the premises.

• Assist the Location Manager with staff roster scheduling and provide on-the-ground training and coaching for the part-time Cinema Service Crew.

• Ensure all staff strictly adopt standard operating procedures and maintain the venue's presentation and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in any related field

• Min 0 to 1 year of relevant experience such as Cinema, F&B, Retail or Hospitality

• Fully vaccinated
