Production Team Lead (Manufacturing)

Salary: Up to $4,500 + Shift Allowances
Location: Tampines (Near IKEA)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Schedule: Rotating Day & Night Shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $3,400 – $4,500/month (based on experience)

• Shift Allowances:

  • Day Shift: $150/month

  • Night Shift: $300/month

• AWS and variable bonus (subject to company and individual performance)

• Stable full-time permanent role

Working Hours

• 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday), up to 44 hours per week

• Rotating 8-hour shifts:

  • Day Shift: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (inclusive of breaks)

  • Night Shift: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am (inclusive of breaks)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team members to meet daily output targets

• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to production standards

• Conduct daily briefings and coordinate workflow on the production line

• Support assembly, sub-assembly, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities

• Assist in training and onboarding of new and junior staff

• Prepare production reports and support manpower planning

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practices

• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role in manufacturing/production

• Minimum Secondary education (ITE or technical certification is an advantage)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes

• Familiar with production processes, ISO documentation, manpower planning, and line balancing

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Comfortable with manual handling tasks when required (up to approx. 26kg)

• Willing to work rotating shifts
