Location: Tuas, Singapore (Transport Provided OR Transport Allowance)
Work Hour: Work 4 Rest 2, 12 hours shift

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support equipment design, automation projects, and process improvement activities. The role involves working closely with Production, Design, Procurement, and Engineering teams to improve equipment performance and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, assemble, and install equipment, tools, and jigs.

• Perform equipment testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and evaluation.

• Support production and maintenance teams on equipment-related issues.

• Drive automation and process improvement projects.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement actions.

• Prepare technical reports and maintain engineering documentation.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of experience in equipment design, automation, or manufacturing engineering.

• Experience with CAD / SolidWorks and mechanical design.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and as a team player.
