Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement appropriate therapy interventions for patients
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home care strategies
• Maintain proper clinical documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification in Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy
• Fully registered with relevant Singapore professional council
• Candidates with hospital, community, rehabilitation or outpatient experience are welcome to apply
