Job Type: Contract (Renewable basis) Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day operations of hybrid infrastructure environments, ensuring reliability and service availability.
• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and technical environments using automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
• Develop and support automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, manage incidents and service requests, and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with GovTech standards, security requirements, governance frameworks, and audit obligations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to resolve technical issues, gather feedback, and drive continuous service improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4 years of experience in managed services, infrastructure operations, or cloud platform support.
• Hands-on experience with BAU operations, including monitoring, maintenance, incident management, and change management.
• Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and scripting tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SG Tech Stack products (e.g. StackOps, SHIP-HATS) or government projects will be an advantage.
