Assistant Engineer / Project Engineer (Security Screening Systems) - #1163145

• Assistant engineer basic salary UP $2800

• Project Engineer basic Salary UP$3700

• $300 Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus provided

• Monday – Friday (Office Hours)

• Location: Jurong East
  

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of X-ray baggage scanners, cargo inspection systems, metal detectors, explosive detection systems, and related security screening equipment

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at airports, seaports, checkpoints, government agencies, logistics hubs, and commercial facilities

• Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network-related faults using technical manuals and diagnostic tools

• Conduct equipment calibration, system configuration, software upgrades, and functional testing

• Attend site breakdowns and provide technical support to customers

• Assist in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and system handover activities

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, service documentation, and spare parts recommendations

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion

• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards

• Participate in standby support and emergency response when required

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent)

• Candidates with 0 – 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
