Delivery Driver (Live Plants + Garden Store) URGENT - #1163116

You will be working in an Online Garden Center, thus you will be working with live plants, pots, potting soil etc. Knowledge on these, a + point! You will be fulfilling customers orders, day in day out and be well verse with operations of the entire warehouse.

The Role

DASHI PTE LTD' is seeking passionate and dedicated Warehouse Fulfilment Team members to join our fast-paced and dynamic logistics operation. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers across the Bedok East Region. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive our company van (Toyota Hiace) to deliver customer orders safely and on time — completing the day's scheduled delivery drops (approx. 20 per day) across Singapore

2. Deliver excellent last-mile service — handle plants with care and ensure every order arrives in perfect condition

3. Build and maintain good customer relationships at the door — be friendly, professional, and represent our brand with a ready smile

4. Provide on-site plant care where needed — help customers with trimming, repotting, and positioning their plants at their home or office

5. Offer simple plant guidance and care tips to customers during delivery

6. Load and check orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy and completeness

7. Assist with picking, packing and warehouse fulfilment between delivery runs

8. Keep the delivery van clean, fuelled, well-maintained and ready for the road

9. Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

10. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily deliveries

11. Adhere to all company policies, road safety and warehouse safety protocols

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

3. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

4. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

5. Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25kg
