Job Summary:
Detail-oriented sales support professional to manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate fulfilment and timely customer communication.
Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt through to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• Enter purchase orders into the system and resolve discrepancies with the sales team
• Issue order acknowledgements and provide timely order-related updates to customers
• Monitor and update order status daily, including open and past-due orders
• Respond to customer enquiries on order status, tracking, shipping, and billing details
• Ensure accurate reservation and reflection of orders within internal systems
• Communicate delivery issues proactively to internal stakeholders and customers
• Prepare and share accurate order status reports with customers
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks when required
• Adhere to internal quality, environmental, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Diploma with 2 years of experience in order processing or sales support
• Attention to detail in managing customer orders and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management or CRM systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyse customer requirements and order documentation accurately
• Proficiency in English language for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of industrial or technical products is an added advantage
• Knowledge of aerospace or manufacturing sectors is an added advantage
