Sales Coordinator (Sales Admin / Operations Support) - #1163050

• Position: Sales Coordinator (Sales Admin / Operations Support)

• Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT: Paya Lebar / Eunos)

• Working hours: 5 days’ work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave

• Duration: 1 year contract Can be converted to Permanent Position

• Industry: Information Technology Company

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts administration including invoices, payments, and claims.

• Support HR administration, onboarding, training, and recruitment activities.

• Coordinate work pass updates, insurance renewals, and compliance matters.

• Liaise with vendors on IT support, office maintenance, and supplies.

• Assist with audits, government grants, and general administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of HR, admin, accounts, or corporate support experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• Able to multitask and work independently.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin.
