Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Executive to support our Singapore operations. The role will involve managing our new showroom and photobooth experience space, supporting photobooth kiosks deployed across Singapore, assisting with event deployments, coordinating logistics, and ensuring our machines are well-maintained and ready for use.
This is a hands-on operations role that involves working with equipment, clients, vendors, venues, and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day readiness of our Singapore showroom and photobooth experience space
Support photobooth kiosks deployed across Singapore through regular checks, maintenance, and consumables refill
Assist with event deployments, including packing, setup, testing, teardown, and on-site support
Check machine condition, print quality, camera, lighting, touchscreen, payment system, and QR download flow
Conduct basic troubleshooting for photobooth machines, printers, cameras, and other equipment
Coordinate with clients, venues, suppliers, contractors, and logistics partners
Track inventory, printer media, spare parts, tools, and operational supplies
Prepare machines and equipment before deployments or client visits
Maintain simple records for deployments, maintenance, stock levels, and machine issues
Report operational issues clearly and work with the team to improve reliability and customer experience
Requirements
Diploma, degree, or relevant experience in operations, events, logistics, retail, customer service, technical support, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Hands-on, responsible, and organised
Comfortable travelling to different locations in Singapore for kiosk checks, event support, or deployments
Able to communicate professionally with clients, venues, vendors, and internal team members
Basic technical confidence with computers, printers, cameras, hardware, or troubleshooting is preferred
Able to follow checklists, manage tasks independently, and provide clear updates
Interest in photobooths, retail experiences, events, photography, or creative technology is a plus
Working Details
Full-time role based in Singapore
Salary range: SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500 per month, depending on experience
May require occasional event support outside standard office hours, depending on project schedule
