Our client is a well-established consumer goods company with a strong presence across multiple household and personal care brands. Due to business growth and expansion, they are looking for a Sales Operations Executive (Modern Trade - FMCG) to support and strengthen their commercial operations team. They are located in the (North) – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Support daily sales operations for assigned retail accounts.
Supervise field staff and monitor outlet activities.
Plan and coordinate outlet visitation schedules.
Track sales incentive and commission records.
Support the execution of promotions and in-store activities.
Monitor product availability, pricing, and display standards.
Conduct market and competitor checks.
Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory management at outlets.
Liaise with customers and retail partners on operational matters.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and order processing documents.
Support product distribution and promotional arrangements.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business or related field.
Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience.
Experience handling Modern Trade accounts is an advantage.
Familiar with retail operations and merchandising activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
