Sales Operation Executive (Modern Trade Planning) - #1163007

Our client is a well-established consumer goods company with a strong presence across multiple household and personal care brands. Due to business growth and expansion, they are looking for a Sales Operations Executive (Modern Trade - FMCG) to support and strengthen their commercial operations team. They are located in the (North) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales operations for assigned retail accounts.

• Supervise field staff and monitor outlet activities.

• Plan and coordinate outlet visitation schedules.

• Track sales incentive and commission records.

• Support the execution of promotions and in-store activities.

• Monitor product availability, pricing, and display standards.

• Conduct market and competitor checks.

• Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory management at outlets.

• Liaise with customers and retail partners on operational matters.

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and order processing documents.

• Support product distribution and promotional arrangements.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience.

• Experience handling Modern Trade accounts is an advantage.

• Familiar with retail operations and merchandising activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
