Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices.
Process vendor invoices and assist with payment preparation.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections tracking.
Assist with bookkeeping entries and accounting system updates.
Support bank reconciliations and payment matching.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, statements, and finance documents.
Assist with month-end closing and preparation of supporting schedules.
Help reconcile customer, vendor, bank, and internal finance records.
Support driver, fleet, and logistics-related payment records.
Verify operational claims, reimbursements, and cost records.
Coordinate with operations, customer support, and account teams on billing matters.
Support GST, audit, and statutory documentation preparation.
Ensure finance records are accurate, organised, and properly retained.
Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong attention to detail may apply.
Basic knowledge of invoices, payments, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is a plus.
Organised, careful, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
