• Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotations, delivery orders, and invoices accurately

• Coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via email, phone, and online platforms

• Maintain customer database, pricing records, and ERP system updates

• Coordinate logistics activities including purchase orders, LC, and delivery arrangements

• Assist with documentation, filing, and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics is an advantage

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic ERP knowledge is an advantage
