Summary:

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

Job Scopes:

• Develop ACMV system designs, layouts, and technical solutions based on project requirements.

• Prepare design drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review technical specifications and ensure designs comply with applicable standards and project requirements.

• Provide technical support and resolve design-related issues during project implementation.

• Participate in design coordination meetings and support value engineering initiatives where appropriate.

• Maintain proper project documentation and design records throughout the project lifecycle.

• Perform other related duties assigned in support of project delivery.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Building Engineering

• Experienced in ACMV / M&E / Construction preferred

• Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit (BIM)

• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC / ACMV systems
