Job Descriptions:
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations
Process online payments and maintain accurate accounting records
Coordinate project payments with partners and relevant teams
Handle internal and external enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Manage office supplies, staff amenities, and company events
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with SOPs
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job requirement:
Minimum Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant experiences
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge in accounting software, and data entry skills.Proficient in MS Office particularly
