Senior Engineer / Engineer - Tester Support Group - #1162930

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tester installation, re-configuration, upgrade, repair and debug

• Identify and execute continuous improvement to improve test performance and OEE

• Generate technical gap analysis of new hardware, software and license requirement

• Provide technical training to production personnel

• Coordinate and lead machine suppliers on project costing and time management

• Support audits and visits, render assistance in solving outstanding and quality issues

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any engineering field

• Knowledge of equipment, testers, handlers would be advantageous

• Prior experience in equipment troubleshoots, maintenance and repair

• Semiconductor Programming & Application skills

• Good planning & organizing ability and a team player

• Familiar with Quality Management – Problem Solving, SPC, DOE, FMEA

• Good communication & presentation skills
