We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our Export & Fleet Division. This position is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to international sales, customer relationship management, fleet business operations, logistics coordination, and business development. The successful candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience across various functions within the division, preparing them for future leadership and management roles within the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Export Business SupportAssist in managing and developing export markets across assigned territories.
Coordinate with overseas distributors, dealers, and customers on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and shipment arrangements.
Monitor order processing, inventory availability, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and other trade-related documents.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
Support the Export Team in achieving sales targets and expanding market coverage.
Assist in managing corporate fleet accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Support the preparation of fleet quotations, contracts, and service proposals.
Coordinate with internal departments and service centres to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Monitor fleet customers' tyre performance, usage trends, and service requirements.
Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in customer visits and business review meetings when required.
Prepare sales reports and management presentations.
Analyse sales performance, customer data, and market trends to support business decisions.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Gain exposure to business operations and international trade practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Strong interest in international sales, export operations, fleet management, and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
