Senior / Executive, HR Shared Services - #1162889

The incumbent is responsible for managing daily operations, reviewing workflows, and identifying opportunities for process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle & Contract Administration
Onboarding Support: Handles the creation of new hire profiles in Timesoft, system updates and supervise the preparation of welcome kits.
Contract Management: Administers renewals for Locum and temporary staff.
Probation & Resignation: Manages the probation confirmation process and processes employee resignations.
Personnel Filing: Supervises the creation and ongoing filing of employee P-files.
2. Foreign Staff & Compliance
Work Pass Management: Provides end-to-end management for work permit applications and renewals.
3. Staff Welfare and Leave
Leave: Administers and initialise annual leave entitlement for staff as well as part-time staff leave entitlement in Timesoft. Process Work Injury Compensation (WICA) claims.
4. Operational Support
Documentation: Issues Letters of Guarantee (LOG) or Certificates of Employment (COE) upon request.
Payment Processing: Handles and also provides guidance to the administration support staff in the submission of invoices to the Finance department via the Tenderboard system
5. Projects
Uniform Project: Lead the uniform review project
6. Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in HR Shared Services or related areas
Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Team player and self-starter with a proactive and collaborative mindset
