St. Andrew's Community Hospital

The incumbent is responsible for managing daily operations, reviewing workflows and identifying opportunities for process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle & Contract Administration

  • Onboarding Support: Handles the creation of new hire profiles in Timesoft, system updates and supervise the preparation of welcome kits.

  • Contract Management: Administers renewals for Locum and temporary staff.

  • Probation & Resignation: Manages the probation confirmation process and processes employee resignations.

  • Personnel Filing: Supervises the creation and ongoing filing of employee P-files.

2. Foreign Staff & Compliance

  • Work Pass Management: Provides end-to-end management for work permit applications and renewals.

3. Staff Welfare and Leave

  • Leave: Administers and initialise annual leave entitlement for staff as well as part-time staff leave entitlement in Timesoft. Process Work Injury Compensation (WICA) claims.

4. Operational Support

  • Documentation: Issues Letters of Guarantee (LOG) or Certificates of Employment (COE) upon request.

  • Payment Processing: Handles and also provides guidance to the administration support staff in the submission of invoices to the Finance department via the Tenderboard system

5. Projects

  • Uniform Project: Lead the uniform review project

6. Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in HR or related areas

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Team player and self-starter with a proactive and collaborative mindset
