Job Scope:

• Support overseas customers by handling enquiries and assisting with sales activities to help achieve team sales targets.

• Follow up closely on sales orders to ensure timely processing and accurate order fulfilment.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met.

• Maintain good relationships with overseas customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Travel overseas when required to support business needs, including visits to developing markets.
