• Position : Sales Manager/Sales Director (Commercial Kitchen Equipments)

• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business operations, sales strategy, and revenue growth.

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability.

• Manage sales teams and cross-functional departments to drive performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

• Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.

• Oversee budgets, cost control, reporting, and P&L performance.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance to improve business strategy.

• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA advantageous.

• Minimum 7–10 years of sales leadership, business operations, or general management experience.

• Proven track record in revenue growth, sales team management, and business expansion.

• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L management.

• Proficiency in Japanese language will be an advantage as the role involves regular liaison with Japanese-speaking clients on work-related matters.
