Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will own our social media channels from concept to execution—ideating campaigns, creating engaging visual content, and managing daily community interactions. If you are a trend-savvy storyteller who thrives both independently and collaboratively, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Content Planning: Develop and execute monthly social media calendars, marketing strategies, and innovative campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and potential new platforms.

• Content Creation: Produce trendy, eye-catching visual content, including short-form videos and static graphics, ensuring strict alignment with our brand voice and guidelines.

• Community Management: Engage with our audience daily by responding to comments and messages to maintain a positive brand reputation.

• Growth & Expansion: Drive audience growth and engagement on existing platforms while identifying opportunities to expand our footprint into new digital spaces.

• Reporting & Collaboration: Work closely with management to align content with business goals, provide weekly project updates, and assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic video editing software, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices (specifically TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook). Knowledge of Meta Ads is a strong plus.

• Soft Skills: A highly creative, innovative mindset with a genuine passion for digital marketing. Proven ability to take initiative and work independently while remaining a committed team player.
