Job Description

We are seeking an organized and meticulous Accounts Executive to manage our inter-company global netting and accounting processes. In this role, you will handle full set of accounts and collaborate with overseas entities to ensure smooth financial reconciliation and settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inter-company group accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) overseas global netting processes.

• Handle financial reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement, and clearance.

• Create AR statements of account, reconcile AR/AP aging, and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Retrieve invoices from systems and overseas branches.

• Complete MUFG netting declarations and execute SAP clearance and off-sets.

• Prepare audit report workings and analytical reviews.

• Process Telegraphic Transfer (TT) remittance group netting for overseas agents and input netting templates into the banking system for AR & AP settlement.

• Follow up on and resolve account inquiries and disputes.

• Maintain proper documentation, e-file supporting records, and distribute financial outputs to the respective divisions.

• Prepare prepaid bulk charges billing reports.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience with inter-company global netting and maintaining full sets of accounts.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP accounting systems.
