Key Responsibilities
- New Account Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new corporate accounts across key industries such as financial services, hospitality, real estate, government, and multinational corporations.
Conduct prospecting activities including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
Arrange and lead introductory meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and pitches to convert prospects into active accounts.
Consistently achieve new account acquisition and revenue targets.
- Account Management & Growth
Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts post-acquisition to maximise revenue and long-term retention.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including procurement, marketing, and HR teams.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction throughout the account lifecycle.
- Corporate Orders & Project Execution
Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate sales projects, including customised and bespoke orders.
Liaise with internal teams (retail, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
Prepare sales documentation, order confirmations, and follow up on deliveries and payments.
- Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales activities, pipelines, and client records in CRM systems.
Track progress against new account and revenue KPIs.
Prepare regular sales updates and reports for management review.
- Brand Representation
Represent Royal Selangor professionally in all client interactions, upholding the brand’s premium image and heritage.
Maintain strong product knowledge across collections and customisation capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate account management, with demonstrated success in new business development.
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable with prospecting and outreach.
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple prospects and accounts simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Experience in corporate gifting, premium products, hospitality, or luxury brands is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: SGD3,800 ~ SGD4,400 per month
Commission & Incentives: Performance-based commission and incentive scheme
