Sales Operations Team Lead / Senior Executive - #1162717

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support business operations across Singapore and other countries as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, service coordination, and alignment between Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Customer Administration
· According to customer order forms to create Sales Orders (SO) and Material Requisitions (MR) in SAP
· Maintain customer master data, including payment terms and credit limits for approval
· Support new customer registration and ensure timely follow-up
· Maintain selling prices and material master data in SAP
· Provide documentation for Delivery Note (DN) issuance and billing coordination
2. Service & Project Coordination
· Create Works Order-related SO in SAP and manage RMA lifecycle (issuance, tracking, filing)
· Create and manage CPR documentation and ensure proper distribution
· Support Project Managers and business teams in PS/PSQ creation and updates in OA/SAP
· Maintain Project Delivery System (PDS) data for project tracking
3. Billing, Finance & Compliance
· Support DN and billing processes in coordination with Operations and Finance
· Submit credit memo and billing cancellation requests on behalf of the business team
4. Tracking & Reporting
· Track and update sales order status on a regular basis
· Support revenue/expenses budgeting and BMS system updates
· Assist in preparing internal reports and performance tracking
5. Systems & Process Support
· Utilise SAP and CRM systems for order processing, case management, and reporting
· Support CRM lifecycle for both sales activities and service cases
· Establish and maintain standardised procedures across the Sales & Service functions
· Ensure alignment with regional policies, processes, and governance standards
· Coordinate with country teams across SEA to ensure consistency in order and service processes as needed
· Support alignment of system usage, reporting standards, and operational practices across countries
6. General
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Country Manager
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
· Experience in sales/service coordination or administrative support roles preferred
· Knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, and enterprise tools is an advantage
· Strong coordination skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders and countries
· Detail-oriented with strong task prioritisation ability
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
