AVL Technician - #1162677

Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Operation:

  • Install, configure, and operate sound, lighting, and video systems for events, services, and productions.

  • Ensure all AVL systems are properly tested and functional before each event.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

  • Diagnose and repair issues with AVL equipment, cabling, and signal flow.

  • Perform routine maintenance and inventory management of AVL gear.

• Programming & Configuration:

  • Program lighting consoles, audio mixers, and video switchers as required.

  • Configure digital audio networks (e.g., Dante, AVB) and video distribution systems.

• Event Support:

  • Provide live technical support during rehearsals and events.

  • Collaborate with event coordinators, performers, and other technical staff to meet production needs.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety standards for rigging, electrical systems, and equipment handling.

  • Maintain organized, safe, and efficient workspaces.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Keep accurate records of setups, system configurations, and maintenance activities.

  • Report equipment issues or needs to supervisors

  • Possessed Class 3/3A license a must.
