Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory files for all incoming and outgoing shipments
Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOMs) for picking
Print pick lists, packing labels, and shipment labels
Coordinate with internal departments to manage all incoming and outgoing shipment activities.
Support store operations in handling daily operational activities
Assist with stock discrepancies and perform regular inventory checks and stock take.
Perform ad-hoc store-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ Level or above
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office software
Good command of spoken and written English
Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
Able to work in fast-paced environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
Willing to perform hands-on tasks such as packing, checking and organizing stock items
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in maintaining documentation and inventory records
Positive working attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
