Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a motivated and cheerful Junior Crew to join our team at our indoor playground. As a Junior Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for children and their families. You will assist the day-to-day operations of the playground and maintain a clean and organized environment. This position requires a passion for working with children, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in handling and managing customer visit experience

2. Assist in crowd control and managing visitor safety

3. Assist in maintaining playground cleanliness & its tidiness

4. Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage

5. Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment

6. Support day to day admission check in/out process

7. Support day to day event activities and performance

Job Requirements:

1. Able to work with young children and their families.

2. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays.

3. Capability to stand/walk for extended periods

4. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.

5. Past experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

6. This is a FULL TIME position.

Qualifications Requirements:
