Job Scope

* Provide IT helpdesk support to users via phone, email, and onsite assistance.

* Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.

* Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

* Support users on Windows operating systems.

* Assist with user account setup and password resets.

* Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.

* Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

* Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers when required.

Requirement

* Diploma in IT

* Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows

* Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and internet connectivity.
