About the role

An Architectural Manager oversees the entire architectural scope of projects, from design coordination and shop drawing approval to on-site execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural planning and design phases for large-scale mega projects, ensuring innovative solutions that align with client expectations and regulatory requirements

• Manage the architectural project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget

• Review and validate architectural designs, ensuring they are practical, sustainable, and in compliance with local building codes and safety standards

• Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols throughout the project, ensuring all architectural work meets the prescribed standards and complies with regulatory requirements

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment

• Collaborate with safety teams to implement comprehensive safety plans and ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site during all architectural activities

• Other duties as assigned by the HOD - Engineering or Project Management Team

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architecture and design management, experience with A1 contractors is preferred
