Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Director / Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day technical and operational aspects of construction projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants and/or sub-contractors on project matters.

  • Coordinate and supervise all activities on construction site.

  • Attend regular meetings with owner / client / architects / contractors / sub-contractors on project-related matters.

  • Check drawings and resolve technical queries and discrepancies between drawings, as well as issues that arise during project execution.

  • Monitor the work environment and ensure adherence to relevant construction regulations, health and safety standards.

  • Communicate technical information effectively and manage working relationships with different project team members.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director / Project Manager


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent

  • At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in building construction

  • Preferably with main contractor experience in private landed residential projects
