Our Client is a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in the marketing and distribution of pharmaceutical and healthcare products is looking for qualified candidates to join as Medical Sales Executive (Hospital).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and growth of Company's products to the government business and assign private accounts if applicable.

• Develop and grow the targeted specialists accounts in the private sector.

• Build and established a healthy business relationship with targeted specialists and medical officers in the government institutes (government Hospitals and polyclinics) to increase the prescription of the tender products.

• To list in CHC products into the retail pharmacies in the government institutes which includes the polyclinics pharmacies.

• Collaborate with marketing personnels to identify and develop selected specialists in both private and government channel to become our key opinion leaders.

• Conduct market and competitor’s insights to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

• Regular visits and follow up with customers in assigned territory to maintain a high level of customers satisfaction by providing timely service support.

• Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.

• Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required.

• Analyze customers data, provide and track territorial sales forecast and performance on a monthly basis.

• Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in sales with understanding of the operations & procedures in government business, private specialist sector.
