Job Opportunity: La Mian & Dumplings Specialists

We are seeking a highly skilled and hospitality-oriented Specialist in La Mian & Dumplings to join our culinary team. In this role, you will deliver an interactive, high-quality dining experience to our patrons by demonstrating technical mastery of traditional hand-pulled noodles and handmade dumplings in a live-cooking environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Base Salary: S$ 3,000.00 – S$ 3,800.00 (Commensurate with experience and technical proficiency)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, pull, and cook premium hand-pulled noodles (La Mian) and craft fresh dumplings live in front of customers.

• Deliver a , professional, and interactive counter-dining experience for all stall patrons.

• Adapt flexibly to menu rotations and fulfill specialized culinary production support as operationally required.

• Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, workstation cleanliness, and strict personal hygiene protocols.

Job Requirements

• Core Technical Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven, hands-on experience and advanced proficiency in the traditional art of making hand-pulled noodles (La Mian).

• Professional Background: Prior culinary experience in F&B establishments, restaurants, or specialty stalls focusing on La Mian or traditional noodle culinary arts is highly preferred.

• Operational Attributes: Adaptable, reliable, and fully capable of working efficiently under high-volume pressure to deliver specialized culinary requests.

• Primary Work Location: Central / Islandwide (Singapore)
