Position Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Working Location: 5 Tuas Ave 5, Singapore 639344 (MRT: Gul Circle)

• Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + AWS + Profit Sharing + AL + Dental Claim + Medical Claim + Group Insurance

What will you be doing?

As a Configuration Technician, you will play a key role in preparing, staging, and configuring IT equipment to meet customer-specific requirements. This position involves hands-on technical work, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards to ensure smooth deployment and shipment of hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and integrate hardware components into network devices (routers, switches, servers, firewalls) according to customer specifications.

• Install, upgrade, and test various equipment such as routers, switches, servers, wireless, voice, and video systems.

• Prepare and stage equipment for processing, including boxing/unboxing and shifting racks.

• Perform physical audits of equipment and accessories to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Label products and cables, and apply asset tags for proper identification.

• Execute functional hardware tests and troubleshoot errors when required.

• Handle cabling, crating preparation, and other shipment-related tasks.

• Capture logs and documentation for quality checks and compliance.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in IT, Engineering, or relevant technical fields.

• Good communication skills

• Able to work on different WMS systems

• Experience in Lab and Warehouse environment preferred
