Production Engineer /5 days - 8.30am-5.30pm/Up to $4,000 - $4,500 @Tuas
Manage, coordinate, delegation and scheduling of all incoming jobs and ensure timely delivery.
Understand requirements of all manufacturing, servicing and improvement project.
Manage from start to completion of projec by working with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Manage workshop loadings, direct labour hours, overtime, rework, scrap, deliveries, downtime etc.
Organize weekly production meeting to provide status update to all relevant departments.
Assist formulate shop floor production plans and optimize production hours.
Identify competency of staffs, assign work tasks, manage grievances & motivate them.
Work with departments to develop, implement and conduct training to enhance competency.
Conduct annual performance appraisal for employees & work with QHSE on quality issues.
Review on PCR and work with internal depts/customer to clarify specs/ requirements.
Resolving bottleneck situations and determining root cause, corrections and corrective actions.
Initiating purchase requisition, prepare monthly reports, and deal with provider on technical issues.
Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical with 2 years in metal machining/oil&gas preferred.
2. Machinist (Turning) /Up to $3,000 @Tuas
Work closely with departments in manufacturing and servicing activities.
Interpret process routing, engineering drawing, equirements & peform machining process.
Ensure process routing and related production records are duly filled up.
Ensure that the machine is warmed up and set up effectively before any operations.
Ensure that daily maintenance is carried out as per check list on machineries.
Perform material handling safely, update supervisors on job status and non-conformances.
Generate CNC program and take care of all issued tooling accessories, inserts and items.
Participate/ attend all functions, activities and meeting organized by the company.
3. Welder /Up to $2,500 @Tuas
Ensure on time delivery of finished product, minimize rework and rejection rate.
Work with the team to achieve QHSE objectives and maintain good housekeeping at all times.
Report all unsafe acts, infrastructure and environment to the Production Supervisor.
Ensure all jobs are properly handed over during shift change.
Relevant experiences in the metal machining or oil and gas industries.
