Desktop Engineer – Clementi - #1162397

Responsibilities

• Situated on site at customer’s premise to provide IT support for end users

• Provide Technical support for all end users devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices printers, and approved software

• Provide IT support for events if required

• Facilitate and provide technical / event support for the classroom, Lab, meeting room and other areas that have Audio Visual System.

• To oversee the day-to-day teaching facility operations, which include loan of portable devices, accessory and supplying of consumable items such as battery for wireless mic.

Requirements:

• At least a Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT / Audio Visual related disciplines or equivalent;

• At least 1 years of relevant IT support experience

• Must have relevant technical IT expertise and skills.

• Must have good telephony skills.

• Must be good at problem solving.

• Must have good customer service attitude and skills.

• Must project a professional image when on duty.
  

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (+1 weekend rotation)

NEW SHIFT TIMING:

· Shift A - 8AM - 5PM

· Shift B - 9AM - 6PM

· Shift C - 1.30PM - 10.30PM

· Shift D - 8AM - 6.30PM Weekend
