Key Responsibilities
Process purchase orders using ERP system (AS400)
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Track order status and manage lead times proactively
Work closely with operations and warehouse teams on shipment schedules
Arrange freight bookings and export documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers
Coordinate local and international deliveries
Identify and flag abnormal or high-risk orders
Ensure compliance with all critical processes (no shortcuts)
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Good coordination and communication skills
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping industry preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems (AS400 is an advantage)
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
Knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation is a plus
