About the role

Desmond & Associates is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in the Paya Lebar East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage our target audiences, and support the achievement of our business objectives. You will play a key part in shaping how Desmond & Associates communicates with clients and stakeholders, contributing to the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

• Create engaging marketing content, including copywriting, graphics and multimedia materials that align with brand guidelines

• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to improve marketing strategies.

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and company projects.

• Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and website content

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing and Google Analytics

• Experience with content management systems and basic graphic design tools

• Sound knowledge of marketing principles, consumer behaviour and market trends

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
