Established MNC in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Industry
5-Day Work Week (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall purchasing and procurement functions to support business operations and project requirements.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, quality improvement, and supply chain efficiency.

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers for materials, components, equipment, and services.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.

• Conduct supplier performance reviews, audits, and vendor development initiatives.

• Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks to make informed purchasing decisions.

• Manage RFQs, supplier quotations, contract negotiations, and procurement agreements.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Sales, Quality, and Logistics teams to support project timelines and customer requirements.

• Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production schedules and inventory targets.

• Monitor inventory levels and work with relevant departments to optimize stock management and reduce excess inventory.

• Lead cost reduction and value engineering initiatives through supplier engagement and alternative sourcing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare procurement reports, purchasing forecasts, budgets, and KPI analysis for management review.

• Mentor and lead the purchasing team, ensuring continuous development and high performance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5-8 years of purchasing/procurement experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, precision engineering, automation, or industrial solutions environment is preferred.

• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction experience.
