审核运输文件。

在产品发运前，对以下内容进行比对与核实，确保与实物一致。

在包装箱/托盘上放置所有必要的文件和标签。

任职要求：

有入库/出库物流操作经验。

有与内部及外部相关方协调处理发运问题的经验。

具备良好的多任务处理能力和组织能力。

具备良好的沟通能力及执行跟进能力。

熟悉 MS Word 和 Excel。

持有叉车操作证者优先。

Job Duties:

• Assist in receiving inbound shipment; palletize, wrap, weight and load product for domestic and international shipment.

• Responsible for Palletize, wrap, weight, and load product for domestic and international shipments.  

• Assist in receiving inbound shipments.

• Package parts while removing any Foreign Object Debris and sanitizing any vendor information for domestic and international shipments

• Review shipping documents

• Compare and verify the following match the physical product shipping before product leaves

• Package parts while removing any Foreign Object Debris and sanitizing any vendor information for domestic and international shipments 

• Place all required documentation and labels on packages/pallets 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in handling inbound/outbound shipment

• Experience in coordinating with external & internal parties for shipment issues

• Multi-tasking and organization skills a must

• Strong communication skills and excellent follow through are a must

• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required

• Forklift licence is preferred
