JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the operations of T-Play at Bukit Batok and/or Khatib (children indoor playground), including but not limiting to taking care of the day to day operational needs. He/she will also be responsible for the operational readiness of the playground and assume any other duties as assigned.
JOB SCOPES :
Manage day to day operation of T-Play indoor playgrounds in a safe and effective manner including but not limited to conducting activities in a safe manner, delivery of fun and engaging activities, membership management, counter services and overall housekeeping.
Conceptualize and design impactful and fun programmes and courses and deliver the agreed objectives, programmes and deliverables within budget set.
On-site programmes such as crafts, dance etc
Online programmes on social media platform – Facebook Live, Videos, Graphic posts, Zoom etc
Manage and follow-up on facility performance including but not limiting to prepare monthly & quarterly report by keeping a timely record of data such as revenues, patronage, expenses and programme details.
Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within T-Play including but not limiting to customer service excellence, regular staff trainings on overall operations, policies and situational incident drills (SIDs) addressing risks and safety compliances
Assist with timely daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual inspections and both corrective and preventative maintenance on activity and safety equipment, fixtures and fittings.
Assist to Perform first-line management of any crisis situation in the field, manage hazards, monitor safety conditions and conformance with safety procedures.
Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing to develop, coordinate and track business development strategies in driving growth, building brand awareness, and improving competitive edginess. Provide marketing with post-event materials, photos and/or videos for publication.
Be involved and assist in Organization events and ad hoc committees when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (Early Childhood education, Sports & Leisure, Tourism etc) or experience in a children’s play facility with track records in a customer centric environment.
Ability to work at heights.
Ability to thrive under work pressure, good problem-solving skills to overcome difficulties. Able to think fast and decisive. Skilled at multi-tasking and well organized.
Excellent communications skills – both written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid CPR + AED Certification will be advantageous.
Fun & outgoing personality with a proven ability to work well both individually and in a team.
Able to work well with and around children in a high energy environment.
Comfortable and confident in public speaking and presentation to management or in crowd.
